The first custom designed modular hotel built in Raja Ampat with 6 months construction on site utilizing 61 modular units.
Camp for Oil and Gas Project in Sulawesi accommodating 182 persons
Custom designed camp utilizing Rapid Response Modules (RRM), modular units and large buildings for accommodation, kitchen mess hall, sports facilities, recreation, etc. consisting of 109 buildings. This camp was constructed on site within 8 months

1st Stage

Design Process
Whether you have created the concept for your project already or if you are still in the idea stage, our architects will guide you to visualize your design wishes. The required detail will be discussed in this phase and the total budget will be agreed from fabrication until installation.
2nd Stage
Fabrication Process
Fabrication Process
The Fabrication is done in our covered and controlled factory environment. Simultaneously on site the earthworks and foundations are done. This way, instead of one after the other, a significant amount of time is saved compared to traditional construction.
3rd Stage
Transportation to Site
Transportation to Site
Once the fabrication is completed and the foundations are done on site, the modules will be properly packed and transported to the project site for installation. Transportation can be done in batches of completion either by road or by sea.
4th Stage
Installation and Finishing
Installation and Finishing
After arrival on site, your new modular building is installed, exterior and interior finishing is completed and the mechanical and electrical installation is installed and final testing and commissioning is done
5th Stage
Handover to Client
Handover to Client
The last stage is handover of the modular building to you including documentation and guidance on how to operate built in components
