Modular units are fabricated in a covered and controlled factory environment with specialized skilled workers. On site there is less dependence on skilled workers who may not always be available on location.

Construction Period is reduced

Fabrication of modular units is done concurrently with earthworks and foundations on site and finishing time of buildings on site is also drastically reduced thereby reducing the construction period to 50 % or less of a traditional construction period

Less Weather Impact on site

The shorter construction period, and since the modular is produced in our controlled factory, delays because of weather impacts are much less than in traditional construction

During the design stage, every modular detail is decided and the cost will be agreed at this early stage while in traditional construction often additional cost has to be accounted for resulting in budget overruns

Client Inspection before construction on site

Prior to transporting the modular to the site, the Client is invited to visit our factory and inspect the first ready-made modular unit. It allows them to see the actual result and make some final changes if necessary

Modular facilities are designed to latest seismic construction codes and are much more resistant to earthquakes than traditional buildings of concrete and brick
